Poster session
Posters will be presented in portrait format (A0, 118,9cm x 84,1 cm) with the title, the addresses of authors, the picture of the presenting author and the scientific content (introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusion). The poster should be printed by the participants. During the poster session authors should be in attendance at their poster. Please remove your poster until Thursday, 10 September 16:00.
Poster printing – optional service for conference participants
If you prefer not to travel with your poster, we recommend using the local printing service offered by Copy Keller, located at Kleiner Schäferkamp 56, 20357 Hamburg. You can submit your poster file in advance and collect the printed poster upon arrival in Hamburg. Below you will find the details for file submission and production:
File format and print size
Only PDF files in the final print size (A0) are accepted. PowerPoint or Apple Keynote files cannot be processed.

Matte photo paper: 30 € per A0

Please send your files as early as possible. Production may take up to two working days.

File submission and payment currency and money exchange
Please email your PDF file to info@copy-keller.de. Include the name of the person who will collect the poster, so it can be properly labeled. Payment is made upon collection, either in cash or by card. If you would like your order delivered to the CCH, please arrange this directly with the Copy Shop. Any delivery charges will be billed directly by the Copy Shop. Please note that we are not responsible for posters that are printed late or incorrectly. We ask that you contact the copy shop directly.
Programme
All posters can be displayed from the first day of the conference and will remain visible until the final day. This gives every poster ample opportunity to be seen by attendees throughout the event.
Each day, there is a dedicated poster session from 13:30 to 14:15. During these sessions, we will request half of the authors to be present at their posters, with the schedule rotating each day.
