Welcome Reception

To kick off our congress, we’re inviting all participants to our Welcome and Award Ceremony, that will take place on Monday, September 7th, at 18:30-22:00 in the Auditorium of Hall Z. This ceremony marks the official opening of the conference and provides an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the outstanding contributions made by members of our scientific community and by the industries that supported in several ways the organization of the EAAP Annual Meeting. During the ceremony, we will be presenting several prestigious awards, honouring individuals whose work has made a significant impact in their respective fields. The Welcome and Award Ceremony will be followed by a light cocktail that will be organized on the rooftop garden of the Congress Center. The Get Together is open to all congress participants at no cost. Come and connect with fellow attendees, and kick off a few inspiring days with snacks, music, and a great company.

The Cap San Diego is the last remaining ship in a series of six fast general cargo ships built in 1961/62 for the Hamburg-Süd shipping company, which sailed mainly to South America until the end of 1981.
